Terms of delivery
You will order products in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart through the online payment service. We also serve our customers by email at info@b-living.fi. We ask corporate customers to place their orders by email at info@b-living.fi. For enquiries, you can also call us on +358 (0)50 590 4891 (weekdays from 9.00 to 17.00 EET).

Delivery methods and pricing
Our parcel are big in size and they are always delivered to your doorstep. If the delivery attempt fails, you will be left a notice of arrival, and the item can be picked up from the closest service point.

DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time for the products is generally about 7 to 10 working days depending on the destination country.
Returns
As we hope that you will be happy with your product, we can help you make the right choice before ordering, for example choosing between pendant sizes. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need support in making your decision.
If you are still willing to return your order, you can replace it or return your order within 30 days of your purchase.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products:
If your product has a fault, is damaged or if we have accidently served you a wrong product, we will pay for the shipping / freight costs to have the product returned to us.
Change of mind/size:
If your online purchase happens to be the wrong size or you have simply changed your mind, we’ll refund and/or exchange these goods, provided they are returned within 30 days. Unfortunately, we can’t cover return postage charges in this case. The return cost at your expense will be the same as the shipping cost mentioned above. In case you need a replacement, b-living.fi will re-ship a replacing good to you at no additional charge.
You can serve us a return by following the simple steps set out below:
1. Let us know you’d like to return your product. Simply contact our customer service by emailing info@b-living.fi. You will receive a return label in response message.
2. Print out the label, tape in on your parcel and take the parcel to the nearest service point for postage. Make sure your products are carefully wrapped. Also make sure you get a receipt for your return.
Once you have shipped back your products please allow up to 30 days (this may vary depending on your location and your request) for us to confirm that we have received your return and are processing your refund or exchange.
All refunds from B. Living online shop will be forehanded right back to you, i.e. returned via the same payment method you used when you placed your order.

Payment methods
The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the statutory and other obligations related to the transaction. If you want to make a complaint or return a product, you should contact the online store where you ordered the product directly.
PAYMENTS USING ONLINE BANKING
We have made available the payment buttons for all Finnish banks: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. The payee shown on your account statement is Checkout Finland Oy, but we forward your payment to the online merchant. You will be directed from the online store to your own bank to make the payment securely.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
The online store accepts Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services. The payee on your credit card statement is Checkout, which forwards the customer credit card payment to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in the online store systems.
MOBILE PAYMENTS
Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Masterpass are in-app services that allow you to pay for online purchases by bank transfer from your account or by card payment from your card when you accept a payment in the app.
Products in this online store are sold by B. Living | Sisustustoimisto Bellava, VAT number 2163616-3. We sell products to persons over the age of 18, companies and organisations. We reserve the right to make changes to the prices and postage.
All customer information is treated confidentially. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and commit to the delivery terms valid at the time.
